Listed by Victoria Tucker and Joan Foppiano, 9 Bernice Place in SoMa, San Francisco is a lot of loft, with over 6,000 sqft, 2 stories and great views, whether one is inside or out on the patio. It has direct elevator access to the interior of the unit. 3 car garage parking is included, but it could house 4-5 cars in the garage if you added a stacker or two.

I used to live across the street, in a much smaller loft, about 10+ years ago. The area has really changed and I think this is a great area to try out new ideas, since it is still growing as a neighborhood:
Food Trucks get a formal home in SoMa: SoMa StrEat Food Park Wow, heated outdoor seating and free WiFi! Great place for it since SoMa can be warmer and sunnier than many neighborhoods in SF.
There’s really a lot of light and a nice, open feel. The lower floor has stained concrete, and the upper has wide-plank floors that look to me like they are reclaimed. I like how the bathing environments have a spa feel:
The stager has outfitted the lower level with a place to play basketball, which seems like a fun idea. The owner also has a pool table in the same vicinity:
But beyond a place to play and relax, this is a creative, sophisticated space for adults as well, with areas for formal dining, social events plus a private patio:
